Pre-School
Should you arrive at school after 8.30am, please proceed to Vriende Street. Buzz ‘office’ at the pedestrian gate and mention the name of the child you are bringing to school. Please close the gate securely behind you and make your way to sign your child in at reception.
While there is a brief grace period fo 15 minutes, should parents fail to fetch their children timeously at the end of the school day, an additional levy of R30 per 15 minutes you are late will be charged thereafter. Please have your phone ready to pay the late pickup fees via SnapScan and reference ‘late pickup’. Children can be fetched from reception.
Consistently arriving or fetching your child late will require an appointment with the principal to discuss the matter.
Primary School

Should your Grade 1-7 child arrive after the first lesson has started at 8am, they will be let into the school and be asked to wait until the end of the first lesson so that disturbance to the rest of the class is limited. Parents are urged to get their children to school on time so that they can settle and start their day well.
