Please ensure that the school always has the following updated information:
- Your personal contact details so that we can get hold of you. It is the responsibility of parents to notify the school of changes to their family circumstances (e.g. divorce, address, workplace and phone numbers)
- Updated information on medical conditions and allergies, especially those that may require emergency treatment. In such cases, the school requires parents to complete a form that is signed off by your child’s doctor indicating action to be taken in those circumstances.
- Reports of any recent assessments such as sight, hearing, OT, physiotherapy, speech etc.
