Children at Three Peaks School are required to wear the appropriate uniform and adhere to the prescribed dress code whenever representing their school name.
When To Wear Uniform
- Standard uniform must be worn on a Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Sports uniforms must be worn on Wednesday and Friday.
- Children will also be asked to wear their standard school uniform when they attend a school outing, regardless of the day of the week.
- The Three Peaks cap is a compulsory item to be worn during play time, outings and during outdoor extra mural activities (including Grade R).
Keeping Warm
- During Winter and on cooler days, children are to layer with warmer under clothing. No underclothing should be visible.
- Additional jackets may be worn on extremely cold days.
- We recognise that weather can be unpredictable. As such, you’ll find options for cooler and warmer weather, which can be used anytime throughout the year.
Labeling Clothing
- As with all their belongings at school, children must take responsibility to maintain their uniform, giving care to neatness and cleanliness.
- Clothing items like jackets, caps, and scarves must be labeled with your child’s name.
Additional Requirements
Hair
- All hair needs to be kept neatly out of your child’s face with either hair bands or clips of navy / black / neutral colours.
Shoes
- Beige, navy or white leather sandals or white sneakers with white socks may be worn.
Jewelry
- A simple and effective watch may be worn.
- Small single stud earrings may be worn.
Makeup/Nail Polish
- No makeup or nail polish is permitted
Sunscreen
- Ensure children come to school wearing sunscreen
